Benefits
of
preventative maintenance:
The benefits of
preventative maintenance are well
documented. Beyond the breakdown avoidance, maintenance is a
very cost effective program if carried out routinely. Each program is
intended to meet the specific needs of different buildings and
equipment. All replacement parts are certified OEM quality components
for all major manufacturers including York, Carrier, Lennox, and Trane.
My goal is to provide optimal comfort conditions for all customers.
